What causes the Image refresh limit exceeded error when refreshing dashcam images?

Answer 

• The default setting for dashcam image requests is 100 per day. Fleet admins can request 100 images after 24 Hours.
• This limit can be increased, but is not recommended as it would impact the data consumption of the Vehicle Gateway.
• In order to make a change to this limit, please contact Motive support at 855-434-3564.
