Motive has introduced a new Billing tab in the Fleet Dashboard for the customers. It is aimed at providing Billing information directly to the customers through Fleet Dashboard.
How Billing Tab Helps You
The Billing tab provides billing information directly to the customers directly. Invoices can be downloaded and you can keep track of your invoices. The payment methods can be updated if required and you can keep tabs on any notifications related to your account. This tab offers a summary of your financial relationship with Motive Fleet Management according to your billing cycle.

Billing Tab Overview
The Billing tab is accessible to Fleet Admins on the Fleet Dashboard. You can access it by logging into your account and clicking on the Admin icon.
Select the Billing tab and get an overview of your financial relationship with Motive.
If your account does not have a payment method attached to it, you can easily attach it.
If your attached credit/debit card is expiring, you will receive a prompt.
If your attached credit/debit card is expired, you will have access to the platform till the next billing date.
In the same way, if any bill is overdue you will receive a prompt.
Any billing transaction being made with Motive excluding Fleet Cards will be visible in this Billing tab providing you a detailed look into your payment history, next billing date, billing invoices, and your payment method.
