Introduction
Motive uses multiple methods to identify drivers and suggest or assign them to trips. Fleet Managers can easily filter the trips based on different assignment methods (i.e. manually assigned, AI assigned). This feature allows them to prioritize and focus on the most critical data.

Steps: Filter Trips by assignment method
1. Log in to Fleet Dashboard and select the Trips tab from Fleet View.
2. To filter trips that are AI-assigned, click on the Assignment drop-down and select the AI assigned option from the drop-down.
Note: AI assigned filter provides trips that have been automatically assigned to drivers already and require no additional effort. |
3. To filter trips that are manually assigned by fleet admins, select the Manually assigned option from the drop-down.
4. Select the Driver claimed option from the Assignment drop-down to filter trips claimed by drivers through the Motive Driver Application.
5. Select the Driver connected from the Assignment drop-down to filter trips where the driver was linked to the vehicle gateway through the Motive Driver Application.
