How to add an external Recipient's email for safety alerts?

    Introduction

    Fleet Admins and Fleet Managers can use the Fleet Dashboard to add an external recipient email for Safety alerts generated. 

    Steps: Adding Recipient email for safety alerts

    1. Log in to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click the Admin icon in the bottom corner.

    2. Click the Alerts option for the left-hand side menu.


    3. Click the three dots on the right-hand side for the safety alert you want to edit.
    4. Click Edit from the dropdown.

    5. Scroll down and click External Recipients (optional).

    6. Type the receiver's email address. 

    7. Click Save to save the changes.
