Unable to Extract Reports Zip File

    You have downloaded the dispatch summary report, but you are unable to open it. An error message appears that says "The destination path is too long. Rename the Compressed (zipped) Folder and try again"



    This happens when the file name is longer than it is allowed on Windows based systems and needs to be renamed to a shorter name before attempting to extract the file(s)/report(s).


    To resolve this issue, you need to rename the entire file to have the correct file extension ".csv". To do this, follow these steps:

      1. Locate the downloaded file.
      2. Right-click on the file and select "Rename".
      3. Change the filename to include the file extension ".zip". For example, if the current filename is "motive_report_export_5b4b3516-d638-4c47-a1a0-595fe1f6ab3c_1acf1bfb-7211-4513-9a0f-d79c34db2c89_1700606822.zip", change it to desired short name.
      4. Open the file.
