Introduction
By default, the coaching option is disabled (greyed out) for all the admin users under the new safety update. This allows only select admins to be enabled for coaching drivers or a group of drivers such as personnel from your safety department.
Steps: Enabling coaching for Fleet Admins
1. Log into the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click on the Admin icon in the left-hand side menu.
2. Click on Fleet Users in the left-hand side menu.
3. Click Roles & Permissions.
4. Click on the options for the Admin role you would like to enable coaching access for.
5. Click on Edit from the dropdown menu.
6. Scroll down to safety.
7. Check the Coach Drivers option.
