Introduction
By default, the coaching option is disabled (greyed out) for all the admin users under the new safety update. This allows only select admins to be enabled for coaching drivers or a group of drivers such as personnel from your safety department.
Steps: Enabling coaching for Fleet Admins
1. Log into the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click on the Admin icon in the left-hand side menu.
2. Click Fleet Users in the left-hand side menu.
3. Click Roles & Permissions.
4. Click Options for the Admin role you would like to enable coaching access for.
5. A dropdown menu appears. Click Edit from the dropdown menu.
6. Scroll down to Coaching.
7. Checkmark the box next to the coaching safety events option.
8. Click Save to save changes.
