Symptoms
Sometimes the videos seem stuck on pending and take long to get uploaded.
Cause
- Weak cellular network
- The truck engine is turned off
- Vehicle Gateway is disconnected
Solution
1. Try switching the internet connection or moving the truck to a slightly different location.
2. Turn the engine on and keep it running for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Check the connections of the Vehicle Gateway and make sure the screws are tightly connected.
Once these checks are made, try requesting the videos again and they will be uploaded soon.
