Why is the Driver unable to see safety events on the Driver App?

    • If the Share Safety Events with Drivers option is enabled on the Fleet Dashboard for the Driver, but they are still unable to view the safety event, it indicates that the Fleet Admin must initially mark that event as Coachable. Once the event is designated as Coachable, the Driver can access it on their Motive Driver App.

    • Another reason can be that the settings related to coaching are not enabled. To do this, log in to the Fleet Admin Dashboard, then go to Safety settings, scroll down to the Coaching section, and checkmark the required boxes. Then, click Save to save the changes.
