Introduction
Motive’s new feature allows enterprise fleets to bulk import and edit driver information using spreadsheets, saving significant time and effort compared to individual updates.
What’s New?
- Bulk Edits: It's now possible to bulk edit existing driver information via spreadsheets.

How does this help our customers?
To add or edit multiple driver profiles in bulk, users can now upload spreadsheet files directly through the Import option in the Drivers List View.
- Bulk import and editing are accessible from the Drivers List View via the Import option. Users can add or update multiple driver profiles using downloadable spreadsheet templates.
- The Add option provides a blank .xlsx template; the Edit option generates a pre-filled template based on selected drivers.
- After filling or updating the spreadsheet, users upload a .csv file to apply changes. The Motive Unique ID ensures accurate matching—this column must remain unchanged.
