Road-facing and Driver-facing Cameras

The Motive AI Dashcam is designed to help you monitor and improve driver safety. A new feature has been added that allows you to turn off both the road-facing and driver-facing cameras when a vehicle is idling for an extended period. This can help address driver privacy concerns.

Note: This feature is currently only available for certain users for beta testing.
Note: When enabled, the 3-minute stationary privacy timer takes priority over the default 45-minute engine-off recording timer. This means that after the engine is turned off, the cameras will shut down after 3 minutes instead of recording for the usual 45 minutes
