How to enable CenPoint integration

Introduction

CenPoint Software is a powerful and effective tool that enables your dispatcher to view current vehicle locations, allowing them to quickly respond to emergency calls by identifying who is closest. Additionally, validate timecards by comparing vehicle GPS coordinates with those from the CenPoint Mobile App and automatically retrieve vehicle odometer readings.

Integration Benefits

  • By utilizing vehicle locations from Motive, CenPoint allows dispatchers to view current vehicle locations to quickly respond to emergency calls by seeing who is closest.
  • CenPoint validates timecards by comparing vehicle GPS coordinates from Motive VG to CenPoint Mobile App GPS coordinates and automatically pulls in vehicle odometer readings.
  • With the click of a button, you can drag and drop to reschedule work orders and techs, effortlessly enter field ticket information, and create invoices to get cash flow rolling in.

Note: Click the Install button on the Motive standalone marketplace. The integration process is triggered on TACH's ends
  1. Log in to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click Marketplace.
  2. Search CenPoint in the search bar.
  3. Locate CenPoint and click Learn More.
  4. Click on Install
