Integration Benefits

Vehicles: Mirror Vista equipment profiles into Motive to automate fleet updates and ensure asset data consistency.
Users: Link Vista employee records with Motive driver profiles to streamline onboarding and centralize personnel management.
Timecards: Export Motive HOS logs/timecards into Vista to automate payroll processing and validate labor costs.

Requirements

Integration steps on Motive:

Note: Click the Install button on the Motive standalone marketplace.

Log in to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click Marketplace.
Search Viewpoint Vista in the search bar.
Locate Viewpoint Vista and click Learn More.
Click the “Install” button.
A case will be generated for Motive Support.
API Support will confirm the customer's consent and route the case to Partner & Ecosystem Engineering for scoping and enablement.
Partner & Ecosystem Engineering will reach out to the customer and start the enablement process
