How to enable CabSupport TMS integration

Introduction

CabSupport combines a driver tablet app with a web dashboard to provide remote support and a screen-sharing utility optimised for low data usage. 

The CabSupport app allows drivers to request support, accept or decline incoming calls, and optionally allow a dashboard user to view and control their screen. A home screen call widget enables drivers to answer calls while outside of the app. 

The web dashboard allows support agents to view support requests, monitor when a driver is safely available for a call, view their assigned vehicle, place calls to the driver, and optionally see and control the driver’s tablet.

Note: Click the Install button on the Motive standalone marketplace.
  1. Log in to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click Marketplace.

  2. Search CabSupport in the search bar.

  3. Locate CabSupport App and click Learn More.

  4. Click Install

  5. No further actions required from customer
