Provision Integration

Motive supports an integration with Provision, a leading provider of DVRs, monitors, and side, rear, cargo, and passenger cameras. Overview

This integration brings Pro-Vision footage and Motive AI Dashcam video together in the Motive platform.

  • Provision Hardware support: Motive now supports Provision Ranger DVR. It also supports select cameras and monitors from Rear View Safety (RVS), 3rd Eye, Convoy, Rosco, Brigade, and Safety Vision. Access 5+ camera views (2 from the AI Dashcam, 3+ from 3rd party cameras) on one safety event timeline.
  • Unsafe Behavior Detection: See video in its original resolution from all connected cameras, with unlimited cloud storage for safety events. The Pro-Vision AI DVR enables AI-powered detection of pedestrians, cyclists, motorcyclists, and vehicles. Real-time audio and visual alerts on the in-cab monitor help drivers avoid collisions.
  • High Resolution Video: Tailor the on-screen parking lines to your vehicle’s dimensions for more precise backup assist. Get a full view around the vehicle with the widest 200° field of view cameras. Supports 4 and 6 camera configurations to ensure there are no blind spots, regardless of vehicle length.

Assigning a Multicam DVR 

  1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click Admin. 

  1. Click Vehicles, select the three dots next to the desired vehicle, and click View Vehicle details

  1. Scroll down to Devices and click Multi-Cam DVR > Assign

  1. Select the desired PD-1902 Ranger from the list and click Assign.

  1. Select the Install Location for all cameras and click Save

  1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard, go to Fleet View > Vehicle
  2. Hover over the camera icon 

  1. Select a vehicle, in the Live tab, scroll down to Cameras, and select the dropdown to see the install locations of Provision cameras.
Note: Motive does not currently support livestream for Provision. 

 

  1. Click the view full screen icon to see the last images from the cameras. 

Request Video 

  1. Go to Safety > Request video
  2. Select the entity, date, time, what time duration and click Request Video.

  1. To see requested videos go to Safety > Requests > Requested Video
