Introduction
Spotter TMS is an AI-powered transportation management system trusted by more than 500 fleets to unify dispatch, load planning, asset tracking, maintenance, payroll, and analytics in one platform.
The Motive integration syncs live vehicle locations, odometer readings, and ELD telematics into Spotter in real time. This helps dispatchers match loads to compliant, available drivers while giving operations teams the data they need for maintenance planning and fleet utilization. The integration uses OAuth 2.0 and supports a broad set of Motive API scopes for workflows such as HOS compliance, IFTA reporting, payroll, and driver safety monitoring.

Integration Steps

In Motive, open the Spotter TMS marketplace page and click Install.
- The integration must then be enabled from Spotter’s side.
- The customer should contact their Spotter TMS onboarding point of contact to complete enablement.
