Introduction
Severe Weather Alerts brings severe and extreme weather events into Fleet View’s Live Map so fleet users can see weather risks in the same place where they already monitor drivers, vehicles, and assets.
What’s New?
- Live map weather visibility: Severe and extreme weather events now appear as colored polygons on the Live Map, making it easier to spot impacted areas.
- Event details in one view: Fleet users can open a weather event to review its severity, start and end time, and the number of impacted drivers, vehicles, and assets.
- Targeted broadcast messaging: Fleet users can send a pre-filled broadcast message to affected drivers directly from the event details view.
- Weather event alerts: Fleet Admins can create Weather events alerts so Fleet Managers receive a single email, SMS, and in-app notification for each relevant weather event.
