Introduction
DVIR Edit Timestamps add clear edit-history details to inspection records so fleets can distinguish the original DVIR submission from later updates. This gives the fleet enhanced visibility into inspection changes for audits, compliance reviews, and internal follow-up.
What’s new?
- Fleet Dashboard audit log: Fleet admins can view a chronological audit log of meaningful inspection changes on the Inspection details page.
- Driver App timestamp visibility: Drivers can see the latest audit-updated timestamp in the Motive Driver App for quick visibility into inspection updates.
- Edit metadata in exports and reports: Export and report outputs now include the timestamps details for better understanding of events.
