To modify or cancel the Motive subscription you need to Contact Motive Support team and our representative will contact you. For a faster response, chat with us using the Live Chat Support available on the Fleet Dashboard.
Note: You signed a contract for a specific length, therefore, we do anticipate having you as a customer throughout that time. If you cancel your contract before the full term is fulfilled, you will be expected to pay the remaining months left in your contract.
