How to Cancel Payment
- To cancel a processed payment, send an email requesting to cancel with your invoice number to billing@gomotive.com. You will get a response within 24 to 48 business hours.
| Note: You signed a contract for a specific length, therefore, we anticipate having you as a customer throughout that time. If you cancel your contract before the full term is fulfilled, you are expected to pay the remaining months left in your contract. |
