    Contact the Motive Support team to modify or cancel the Motive subscription, and our representative will contact you. Chat with us using Live Chat Support for a faster response. 

    Note: You signed a contract for a specific length, therefore, we anticipate having you as a customer throughout that time. If you cancel your contract before the full term is fulfilled, you are expected to pay the remaining months left in your contract.
