FAQ

Who can access the Safety Hub?

Fleet admins and fleet managers on Pro and Enterprise plans can access the Safety Hub. Drivers can view only their own safety data in the Driver App

How is the Fleet Safety Score calculated?

The Fleet Safety Score is based on the frequency and severity of safety events per 1,000 miles driven during the selected time period (default: Last 4 weeks).

It is a weighted average of individual Driver Safety Scores based on distance driven. Dismissed events do not affect the score.

What is the difference between the Events and Speeding tabs?

  • The Events tab displays all AI-detected safety events across your fleet (e.g., hard braking, cell phone usage, lane violations).
  • The Speeding tab shows only speeding-related violations and includes additional metrics such as duration, average speed, and average speed over the limit.

Why did my Safety Score change from the previous period?

The Safety Score updates automatically based on:

  • Changes in event frequency
  • Event severity
  • Distance driven
  • Dismissed or reviewed events

Use the Safety Score Trend widget to compare performance against the previous period.

Where can I review safety event details or video footage?

Go to Safety > Events, filter as needed, and select View details on any event to review associated media, telematics data, and coaching status.
