Introduction
WEX/EFS fuel purchase integration gets all the transaction data automatically from the EFS fuel cards issued. The files with errors in the transactions can be viewed and downloaded from the Fleet Dashboard. After correction, these files can be uploaded manually.
Steps: Correcting records of Fuel Transactions from WEX/ERF Fuel Purchase Integration
1. From the Fleet Dashboard, click on Marketplace in the left-hand side menu.
2. Click on the Manage tab.
3. Click on WEX/EFS Fuel Tax Services in the left-hand side menu.
4. Click on the Download CSV with Errors for the transaction sheet you want to download.
5. Edit the CSV file on your desktop and manually upload it.
