Introduction
With the Fleet Coaching Trend report, track the percentage of drivers that are coachable and coached.
| Note: Any changes made to a trip will take one day to reflect in the report |
Steps: Viewing the Fleet Coaching Trend report
1. Login to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click on Reports in the left-hand side menu.
2. Click on Safety in the Browse section and then select Fleet Coaching Trend.
3. Filter the reports by your desired date range.
4. The Fleet Coaching Trend report surfaces the following information:

Active drivers |
Count of drivers within the fleet who drove within the selected time period |

Coachable drivers |
Count of active drivers who had at least one safety event moved into coachable or coached status of the time period |
|
Coached drivers |
Count of active drivers that were coached for the time period |
|
% Coachable |
(coachable drivers/active drivers)*100 |
|
% Coached |
(coached drivers/active drivers)*100 |
5. Click on Save to download the report.
6. In order to download the report, select Options on the right hand side and select Export as CSV or Export as PDF.
