How to enable Low Battery Alert for Asset Gateway

Applies To Fleet Dashboard > Admin

Lower battery for the Asset Gateway can risk you losing track of your assets and heavy equipment. An alert is sent when the battery remains under 35% for more than 24 hours. Once the device is under 30% and enters low battery mode, it will ping once every 12 hours until the battery is above 30%. This ensures that you can take timely action and warn drivers to charge the Asset Gateway.
