How to freeze or unfreeze a Motive Card

    The Fleet Dashboard allows Fleet Managers to freeze or unfreeze an active Motive Card. In this article, you can learn how to freeze or unfreeze a Motive card.


    Steps: Freezing or unfreezing a Motive Card 

    1. Log into the Fleet Dashboard and click Cards in the left-hand side menu.
    2. Click Go to Admin at the top right corner.img_1_-_eng.png
    3. Click Card Management
    4. Click the three dots located in the Actions column.
    5. Click Freeze Card if your card isn’t frozen and Unfreeze Card if your card is already frozen.Spend_control_3_4_5.png
    Note: You can view the status of your cards in the Status column.
