How to freeze or unfreeze a Motive Card

The Fleet Dashboard allows Fleet Managers to freeze or unfreeze an active Motive Card. In this article, you can learn how to freeze or unfreeze a Motive card.
Steps: Freezing or unfreezing a Motive Card
Log into the Fleet Dashboard and click Cards in the left-hand side menu.
- Click Go to Admin at the top right corner.
Click Card Management.
- Click the three dots located in the Actions column.
- Click Freeze Card if your card isn’t frozen and Unfreeze Card if your card is already frozen.
Note: You can view the status of your cards in the Status column.
