How to freeze or unfreeze a Motive Card

    The Fleet Dashboard allows fleet users to freeze or unfreeze an active Motive Card. In this article, you will learn how to freeze or unfreeze a Motive card.



    1. Log into the Fleet Dashboard and click on Cards in the left-hand side menu.
    2. Click on the Cardholders tab.

    Note: You can view the status of your cards in the Status column.


    3. Click on the ... button in the Actions column, and select Edit.


    You can freeze or unfreeze at this stage.


    4. This will take you to a screen titled Spend Controls.
    5. Click on the Card Status dropdown to freeze or unfreeze your Motive Card.
    6. Click on the Save button.
