Symptom: Environmental Sensor’s LED is blinking white
The LED light on the Environmental Sensor is blinking white.
Cause
The Environmental Sensor has a firmware update in progress to update your sensor to the newest firmware version.
Solution
- Please wait until the firmware update has been completed and the LED changes back to a solid blue state
- If the LED continues to blink white, please contact Motive support or chat with us.
