Note: Drivers need to be on Version 35 (and above) of the Motive Driver App in order to utilize this feature.
Introduction
With Motive Fleet Dashboard, Fleet Managers and Fleet Admins have the ability to see when their fleets have deferred their required off-duty hours onto their following day’s logs.
Steps: Viewing deferral of hours for fleet
1. Log into the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click on Compliance in the left-hand side menu.
2. Switch to the Logs tab to view a list of all the logs.
3. From the list of driver logs on the Logs page, select logs for the current day.
4. If the driver has deferred hours, there will be an exception notification stating the deferred hours time.
