How to request a new API feature

    Introduction

    Fleet admins can request a new API feature by contacting the API team by taking the following steps. 

    Steps: Requesting a new API feature 

    1. Submit a request via email to apisupport@gomotive.com and include the following:

    • General use case of the requested feature
    • Priority of feature request (urgent, medium, low)
    • Your contact information

    2. A Motive agent will schedule a call to discuss your requirements in detail.
