Introduction
Fleet admins can request a new API feature by contacting the API team by taking the following steps.
Steps: Requesting a new API feature
1. Submit a request via email to apisupport@gomotive.com and include the following:
- General use case of the requested feature
- Priority of feature request (urgent, medium, low)
- Your contact information
2. A Motive agent will schedule a call to discuss your requirements in detail.
