Do you have to pay for the replacement of a faulty device?

    No, if your Motive device qualifies for an RMA, there is no need to pay for the replacement of the faulty device. All you need to do is return the faulty device to Motive and we will send you a replacement free of charge. However, if the devices are lost/stolen, or damaged, Motive has the right to charge for the replacement device at full cost to the customer.
