Introduction
Fleet Users can easily communicate with their fleet and drivers even when on the go via Fleet App Messaging.
Steps: Using Fleet App Messaging
The Fleet App Messaging feature is easy and convenient to use. To use the Fleet App Messaging feature:
1. Open Motive Fleet App.
2. Tap the Messages icon beside the Fleet option at the bottom.
3. Open the message you want to reply to, type the message, and send it.
Note: It takes a second for the message push notification to be generated on Driver App. There is always some latency involved, it refreshes when the user changes screens.
4. To start a new chat, tap on the + icon and select the users you want to add to the chat.
5. To change the message list view between Chats or Broadcasts, click the three-dot menu on the right and choose the desired option.
