Introduction:
Fleet Admins can view and download reports related to HOS Recap details whenever required. This article describes the steps to download the HOS Recap detail report.
Steps: Downloading HOS Recap Detail Report
1. Log into Fleet Dashboard and click on Reports in the left-hand side menu.
2. Click on Compliance under the Browse section.
3. Click on HOS Recap.
4. Use filters like Group & Driver to access the desired reports.
5. Click the three-dots button on the top right.
6. Click on Export as PDF to download the report as a PDF or click on Export as CSV to download an Excel file.
Once done, the reports are downloaded directly to your computer, and a copy of the same is sent via email.
