Introduction
Fleet Managers can dismiss inaccurate speeding events at any time. Events dismissed within four weeks won't affect the driver's Safety Score, but those dismissed after four weeks will still be included in the score.
Steps: Disputing a speeding event from the Fleet Dashboard
1. Log into the Fleet Dashboard and select Safety from the main menu on the left.
2. Select the Speeding tab.
3. Choose the driver/vehicle you want to dismiss.
4. Click on Coaching Status dropdown and select Dismissed.
A prompt will appear asking you to choose the type of issue faced by the driver.
5. Choose from the options for dismissing the event.
6. Click on Dismiss.
7. You will receive a notification saying Event successfully dismissed.
