Introduction
Motive’s speeding feature helps Fleet managers monitor Driver speeding performance against posted speed limits. Fleet Admins have the option to configure threshold definitions for generating speeding events to view in the Fleet Dashboard.
Additionally, with the automated coaching feature, Motive automatically identifies when a driver is due for coaching on their speeding performance.
Steps: Monitoring Fleet's Speeding behavior
1. Log into Fleet Dashboard and click Coaching.
2. Click Coach for a speeding event to view more details.
3. Fleet Managers can coach a Driver on their speeding performance through the coaching workflow.
4. Click Mark as Coached for the speeding behavior to move all speeding events in the Coachable status to the Coached status for the driver.
