Introduction
Fleet managers can now download video events with embedded key safety metrics, providing quick insights for teammates and partners. If available, driver-facing footage is automatically merged with road-facing footage for a complete view. Managers can choose between two modes for the footage:
- Basic Mode: Includes essential identifiers such as driver name, VIN, location, and date/time.
- Enriched Mode: Incorporates basic identifiers along with telematics data (when accessible), such as acceleration/braking intensity, key risk factors, and vehicle speed.
Steps: Downloading Enhanced Video using Fleet Dashboard
1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click Safety in the left-hand side menu.
2. Tap the Requests tab.
3. Select your required video to download from the recalled videos.
4. Click the download arrow at the bottom right corner of the video.
| Note: The Customize your download pop-up displays. Selecting the Enhanced option is recommended. |
5. Click Download.

Note: The Enhanced option is displayed for the safety events by default. In case, you can't access this option, reach out to Motive safety support. |
