Is it possible for the Vehicle Gateway to stop triggering the trips made by mechanics as unidentified within few miles radius?

Answer:

• There is no such functionality to stop the gateway from triggering for the mechanics as unidentified drivers/trips.
• Fleet Admins can create the accounts for the mechanics if they are fixed mechanics for their company.
• In this case, they can log in/connect to the vehicle from their account when they are driving the truck and will not be triggered as unidentified drivers/trips.
