Introduction
Fleet Admins and Fleet Managers can enhance transparency by sharing real-time vehicle locations with external parties using a mobile browser. The shared link grants access to a real-time location tracking page, displaying the current position of the vehicle.
Steps:
1. Log into the Motive Fleet Dashboard using your mobile phone browser, and tap on Live on the top.
2. Select Vehicles from the list of dropdown menu.
3. Click on the Vehicle you want to edit.
4. Tap on the three dots in the top-left corner and and click on Sharing is On.
5.The Share Location dialog box shows the selected vehicle, allowing you to set an expiration time and add additional details to the link.
6. You can now click on Copy to share the link with third parties, brokers, or stakeholders.
