Introduction
Drivers can view Qualification Documents that have been uploaded and assigned to them by a Fleet Admin.
| Note: Drivers can view these documents using the Motive Driver App version 74.0 or higher. |
Steps: Viewing Qualification Documents in the Motive Driver App
1. Log in to the Motive Driver App and tap Documents in the left menu.
2. Tap the folder labeled Driver Qualification to view the documents.
3. Tap the document that is required to be reviewed. .
4. If changes are needed, Drivers can send a message to their Fleet admin by tapping Start a message to share updates.
5. Tap the attachment to view the actual image or PDF of the document.
6. Tap New message thread to open a list of Fleet Admins to start a new thread.
| Note: Drivers can only view Qualification Documents assigned to them. They can’t edit these documents but can start a message with Fleet Admins to share an updated copy as an attachment. Fleet Admins can then download the attachment and update the Driver's Qualification Document from the Fleet Dashboard. |
