How to enable Notification Alerts sound in Android devices for Motive Driver App

Introduction

Drivers are not receiving notification alert sounds on their Android devices OS 13, even though the sound is enabled for the Driver App notification settings.

NOTE: Motive push notifications default to Silent. However, this can be overridden in the OS settings.

 

Steps: Enabling the Notification Alert on Android

1. On the Android device’s Settings, tap Apps.
   
   
   
   
2. On the Apps screen, tap Motive Driver.
   
   
   
   
3. On App info, tap Notifications.
   
   
   
4. Scroll down and tap Motive Push Notifications.
   
   
   
   
5. On the Motive Push Notifications screen, tap Default.
