Once on the CSA Insights page, you’ll see an overview of your fleet’s BASICs performance, trending graphs, and detailed violation analytics.

- Only users with appropriate admin or compliance permissions can access CSA Insights data. If you do not see the CSA Insights tab, contact your fleet admin.
- CSA Insights are only available for fleets that have added a DOT Number to their company settings in admin.
