How to enable XBE integration

By utilising Motive’s real-time API’s XBE delivers enhanced operational intelligence. This integration powers centralised truck shift management, real-time GPS and incident tracking, and cycle time analytics—enabling construction teams to work smarter, respond faster, and drive measurable performance improvements across every project.

Requirements

Integration steps on Motive: 

Note: Click the Install button on the Motive standalone marketplace.
  1. Log in to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click Marketplace.
  2. Search XBE in the search bar.
  3. Locate XBE and click Learn More.
  4. Click Install
  • Since the integration is built on API Keys, the integration involves the API support team to authenticate the installation and share a private API key. 
  • This integration is set up from the XBE system. Contact Motive to get an API key.
  • Share the API Key with your XBE POC.
  • Further onboarding and mapping will be done on XBE end.
