Introduction
Motive Card now supports post-transaction metadata fields, giving businesses the flexibility to capture required transaction details after a purchase has been made.
What’s New?
In addition to setting up pre-transaction metadata, admins can now set up post-transaction requirements:
- Receipt Upload: Admins can require card holders to upload receipts after making a transaction.
- Custom Requirements: Admins can require users to add Text-input, and/or Single-select dropdown.
- Cardholder Reminders: Cardholders are notified through the Mobile App when a required post-transaction field remains unfilled.
How does this help our customers?
Customers can now capture transaction data after the transaction is made, allowing for better visibility for automated transactions, making expense reporting, and reconciliation much easier.
