Introduction
Fleet managers can automatically block expensive merchants when more affordable alternatives are present through Motive Card Policy.
What’s New?
With this enhancement, fleet managers can:
- Auto-block expensive diesel transactions when the merchant’s fuel price is higher than that of nearby truck stops.
- Block specific locations by maintaining a list under Decline transactions at the following locations, allowing site-level controls where needed.

- Reduce fuel costs by automatically steering spend away from overpriced merchants to more affordable alternatives nearby.
