Introduction
Motive now provides eligible Workforce Management Free tier users instant access to a 90-day trial of paid features directly from the Fleet Dashboard. This helps fleets explore more of the Motive Workforce Management (WFM) tools and understand their value before upgrading.

Each account can use only one 90-day trial. Customers who have already received a Vision Keynote or Exec Summit offer count as having used their trial. |
What’s New?
- Self-serve 90-day trial activation: Eligible fleet admins can now start a 90-day Workforce Management trial directly from Workforce Hub and Performance Hub without waiting for manual follow-up or providing any payment details.
- More paid features unlocked: The premium trial unlocks Driver Qualifications with AI Capture, AI Coach, Driver Rewards, Integrated Training, and all premium qualification templates except Integrated MVRs so fleets can try more of the Workforce Management experience.
- Admin and non-admin paths: Fleet admins can start the trial directly from the Fleet Dashboard. Non-admin users can send a notification to request activation of the premium trial from their fleet admin.
- Active trial visibility: During the trial, users see a trial badge across Workforce Management tabs so they can track that trial access is active and when it is approaching the end of the trial period.

- Faster access to paid WFM features: Fleets can start exploring more of Workforce Management as soon as they want, instead of waiting to unlock access through manual processes.
- More time to evaluate premium tools: A 90-day window gives fleets time to try compliance, coaching, rewards, and training workflows with live fleet data and understand which areas bring the most value.
- Low-risk evaluation: The trial does not require a credit card. When the trial ends, fleet data created during the trial is preserved on the Fleet Dashboard in a read-only state instead of being deleted.
