Introduction
Video Recall is now embedded directly in the Vehicle History page timeline (Fleet View > Vehicles > History) on the Fleet Dashboard, so fleet managers can request video without switching to a separate modal. This updated experience makes it easier to identify the right moment and request the footage you need from the same page where you already review trip history.
What’s New?
- Embedded timeline view: The Video Recall section now loads inline in the Vehicle History page instead of opening in a separate modal.
- Full-Day Timelapse: Users can now request a Full-Day Timelapse for a complete driving-day review in addition to other video recall options.
- Full-day and trip-level access: Video Recall is available in both the full-day view and the individual driving period view.
- Multi-camera support: Vehicles with 5 or more camera feeds now have a scrollable camera section, and Omnicam is supported in this experience.
- Interactive camera timeline: Each camera row shows available, requested, unavailable, and confidential time ranges visually on the timeline.
- Synced scrubber: A vertical scrubber moves across all camera rows at the same time and updates the timestamp, address, speed, available video type options, and request button state as you move through the timeline.
- Dynamic request controls: The Request button becomes active only when the full selected duration is available, and supported video types and durations update based on the selected timestamp.

How does this help our customers?
- Faster investigations: Fleet managers can request video directly from the timeline they already use, without opening a separate workflow.
- Better recall decisions: Live map-to-timeline sync and dynamic trip images help users identify exactly what footage they need before submitting a request.
- Flexible video review: Standard, timelapse, and full-day timelapse options support different investigation and review needs from the same experience.
- Better support for multi-camera fleets: The scrollable timeline supports larger camera setups and improves visibility when reviewing vehicles with multiple feeds.
Rollout Plan or Feature Go-Live date?
