Introduction
Service Verification lets fleet managers quickly confirm whether a pickup occurred at a specific location. By searching an address and reviewing nearby truck activity and visual evidence, teams can resolve missed pickup disputes faster and with greater confidence.
What's new?
Service Verification is now available under Web App > Operations > Service Verification. Fleet managers can search an address on a specific date, review nearby truck traversals and detected pickups on the map, and open associated video to inspect what happened in detail.
Hyperlapse footage tied to each service event can be downloaded directly from the video view to support customer follow-up, billing disputes, or internal reviews.
How does this help fleets?
- Confirm pickups quickly: Search an address and date to see whether a truck was at that location and whether service was completed.
- Resolve disputes with evidence: Access video and hyperlapse footage for every service event so teams have clear documentation when responding to customer complaints.
- Download video evidence: Export hyperlapse footage to support customer follow-up, billing disputes, or internal reviews.
