Introduction
AI Coach now lets fleet admins create a custom AI Coach avatar by recording their AI Coach and consent videos directly in the Fleet Dashboard instead of recording elsewhere and manually uploading the files. In-dashboard recording and guidance make custom avatar setup seamless while keeping the upload option available for users who already have videos prepared.
What’s New?
- In-dashboard recording: Fleet admins can now record the custom AI Coach and consent videos without leaving the Fleet Dashboard.
- Guided recording flow: Before recording, admins can select their camera and microphone, review recording tips, preview a script, and use an in-browser framing guide for a smoother setup experience.
- Inline consent capture: After the custom AI Coach video is recorded, admins are prompted to record the consent video in the same session with the coach name automatically added to the consent script. They also have the option to rerecord the consent video if needed.
- Upload instead option: Admins can also choose Upload instead option if they already have recorded files ready that they want to upload instead of recording with the Fleet Dashboard.
