Introduction
For Fleets operating in Mexico, Canada, United Kingdom and EU, Motive has introduced additional jurisdiction fields in the Fleet Dashboard, Driver App and Fleet App to support these new regions.
What’s New?
- Mexico and EU countries have been added to the jurisdiction field to support the new region. There are 2 fields now country selection, followed by a state/province dropdown, depending on the selected country.
- Updated Drop-downs: Following screens have been updated to include Mexican and European countries
- Webapp → Documents → Add Document → Fuel Receipt
- Driver app → Documents → Add Document → Fuel Receipt
- Webapp → Fuel Hub → Add Fuel Purchase (Single & Bulk)
- Web app → Admin → Add Asset
- Searchable Dropdowns: When a jurisdiction list contains more than three options, search is enabled to help users find their region quickly.
- APIs have been updated to support these new countries and states/provinces.
How does this help our customers?
International fleet admins and drivers can now accurately enter jurisdiction data without being constrained to a North America-only list. This improves data quality in fuel and document records, reduces confusion during receipt uploads, and ensures reporting reflects the correct region.
