Introduction
Motive customers can now receive invoices directly by email at the end of each billing cycle. This eliminates the need to log in to the Motive Dashboard and download invoices manually.
What’s New?
- Automated invoice delivery: Designated recipients for each billing group receive an email with the invoice at the end of the billing cycle.
- PDF and CSV formats: Each invoice is attached in both PDF and CSV formats.
- Direct delivery to Accounts Payable: Customers can send invoices directly to their designated recipients.
| Note: During the initial release, customers must contact Motive Support to add or update recipient email addresses. |

This feature helps fleets receive invoices faster, reduce manual downloads, and process invoices without needing a Motive Dashboard profile.
