Symptoms: Driver App shows "Unidentified Driving"
Notifications show Driving Events under “Unidentified Driving” when connecting to the Vehicle Gateway in the Driver App.
Cause
Failing to connect to the Vehicle Gateway from the Driver App before you start driving records the drive time as an unidentified trip (see How to Connect Mobile Device to the Vehicle Gateway). Such trips can be assigned to or claimed by a Driver.
Solution
The unidentified trips shown in notifications can either be claimed or rejected by the Driver.
